BINGO Refuse Compector

The body of garbage compactor can be placed on chassis of any Indian truck manufacturer for example Tata, Ashok Leyland, Eicher, Mahindra etc.Compactl size enables it to work in narrow, low passage areas. It is designed for collecting and transporting solid municipal waste and all sorts of separated waste.The hydraulic tank and pump are included with the compactor. The machine has a simple, reliable and robust design.

Push out plate
Push out plate is guided in longitudinal U-shaped tracks located on the sides of the container. The maintenance free Metalon pads are wear-resistant and easily replaceable and will ensure smooth movement of pushout plate, which is moved by multi-stage hydraulic cylinder.

Carrier with packer
The Carrier and Packer is integrated in rear tail gate and moved by two pairs of double acting hydraulic cylinders. The Carrier and Packer press waste towards Pushout plate.

Tail gate
The Tail gate is operated by two double acting hydraulic cylinders with safety feature against gate falling down during hydraulic failure.
